TERMS
Rates generally start at $250 per night, but are negotiable
depending on length of stay,
number of guests, and date of stay. There is a $250 reservation/damage deposit
required
that is refunded after your rental. The full rental payment, which does not
include the deposit,
is due 10 days before the rental date. On holidays and special dates, it is due
30 days
before the stay. There is a 30 day cancellation notice required for a full
refund of all monies.
Receipt of a deposit is considered agreement to the above terms.
